Westmoreland Park, located on Vernon Street in West Huntington, is the perfect place to enjoy a game of tennis or shoot some hoops on the park’s full-sized basketball court. The Park is surrounded with trees and there’s plenty of shade in the summertime to cool you off! The shelter has a small charcoal grill for hot dogs or hamburgers, and boasts four picnic tables.

Westmoreland Park Shelter

The Westmoreland Park Shelter can accommodate up to 36 people and is available 8:00 am until dark. You can reserve the shelter and it is open to the public when there are no reservations. The Shelter features:

  • Four tables
  • Restrooms (open seasonally)
  • Water fountain
  • One grill
  • One electrical receptacle
  • Parking area
  • Tennis courts nearby

NOTE: Shelter and restroom are handicap accessible.
