April Dawn Park is a summertime favorite for children of all ages. The spray-ground at April Dawn Park opens each Memorial Day for kids to play in and cool off all summer long. The Evos-style playground challenges kids to climb and have fun all at once! April Dawn Park features a very nice picnic shelter, a great place for a birthday party or family get-together. Skateboarders, BMX bikers and rollerbladers will enjoy the skate park located behind the spray-ground, which is open from 8:00 a.m. until dark year-round. Park patrons can even take a book and leave a book from April Dawn Park’s Little Free Library Box!

April Dawn Park Shelter

The April Dawn Park Shelter accommodates up to sixty (60) people and is available from 8:00 am until dark. The shelter features:

  • Nine (9) tables, two (2) of which are handicap accessible
  • Two (2) grills
  • Two (2) electrical outlets

Rental Fee: $175 per day
